RAINBOW TROUT KEBABS
Cut filleted trout into one inch cubes.
Poke onto bamboo kebab sticks that have been pre-soaked for 2 hours in water.
Spray the kebabs with olive oil and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. Place on a hot grill.
Turn the kebabs while cooking about 5 minutes.
Serve the kebabs with another meat dish, or as an entrée with mustard sauce.
